General recommendations, regardless of the type of garment
Wash at 30–40 degrees. Turn garments with embellishments or prints inside out. Wash on a delicate cycle. It is recommended to iron garments on the reverse side (especially those with synthetic pile)

Wax-treated items. Wash only in cold water; warm or hot water will wash the wax away. Dry naturally. Store at room temperature, away from heat sources. If the wax has washed off in any area after washing, you can reapply it using a paraffin candle.

Leather shoes. Use a soft brush when cleaning; moisten dried-on dirt beforehand. Dry at room temperature, otherwise the leather will dry out. If the shoes are soaked through, use sheets of paper or something that will absorb the moisture.

Exchanges and returns are subject to prior agreement and must be made within the first 14 days of receiving the goods.
Delivery costs are borne by the customer; a refund will be issued provided the goods are in perfect condition and have been returned to the sender’s address.
